Dr. Stefan Beckmann is the new head of Care Chemicals and Formulators Europe at BASF in Ludwigshafen, Germany.He succeeds Dr. Friedrich Seitz, who will be taking charge of BASF’s Competence Center Chemicals Research & Engineering.
